Who Is The Fly Brief For?
Women and those who use a stand-to-pee (STP) device while hiking, camping, etc. The fly opening gives easy access without the hassle of having to take off or pull down your underwear! By request from PStyle customers and other stand-to-pee users, we’re testing the demand STP compatible underwear —which is why they’re only available via custom order for the time being. We’d also love to hear from you about what you’re looking for in a Fly Brief! Photos of models coming soon!
Styles & Fit
These underwear styles can be order as pictured and described, or they can be customized to your preferences. The default for both styles include a fly opening, midrise waist rise (at or below the belly button depending on height), fabric waistband, and thin elastic in the leg openings.
The Hipster is a full coverage style, sitting low on the hip and butt. It has a 2 inch fabric waistband.
The French Cut is a moderate coverage style. Compared to the hipster, it has narrower front and butt coverage, and rises higher on the hip. It’s not considered cheeky, but it’s definitely on it’s way! It has a 1 inch fabric waistband.
Customization
Here’s a partial list of customizable features, though we’re very open to a wide variety of modifications. Feel free to ask questions in the custom form, or even attach a photo of your favorite style of underwear as a reference.
Fit —Higher or lower waist-rise, the level of butt and hip coverage, the width of the waistband, width of crotch space.
Materials —In addition to choosing your own fabric, you can also opt for fabric leg hems instead of elastic, or inquire about fold over and picot elastic trims (narrow exposed elastics).
Sensory mods —Choosing all fabric trims, in addition to sewing seams flat, will get you close to a seamless feel. Though unfortunately, being a small operation, we’re not able to make truly seamless versions of this underwear. See the material info link below for more fabric details.
