INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Starts at $17 - 21 depending on country. Calculated by weight. United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International mail 1-4 weeks to Canada, Sweden and Australia. Additional countries can added by request.
PROCESSING TIME
Off The Rack (ready wear) orders are packaged & shipped in 1-3 business days. Custom items are made in 2 weeks, then ship. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information.
Pick it up
Orders are delivered to our stockist in 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an order fulfillment confirmation via e-mail when it’s ready to be picked up.
Find your order in the Aqua Underwear pick up bin near the front desk. Orders are packaged in kraft bags, with the first name from your order on it. Pick up any time the store is open for up to 1 month.

Discreet Shipping
The ‘from’ address on your shipping label will read ‘M. Martinez’ followed by our business address. We do not list our business name on the shipping labels, and do not add branding or logo graphics to the outside of shipped packages.
Local Salt Lake City pick-up packages do have an Aqua Underwear sticker on the outside and the customers first name.
