Returns & ExchangesWe accept returns in the case of manufacturing issues.
We exchange unworn, unwashed garments with tag still attached within 30 days. $7 for shipping. Local exchanges free through our stockist Under the Umbrella Bookstore.
If we no longer have the exact same garment in a different size —we offer store credit.
We don't typically accept exchanges for fully custom orders but if you have fit issues, please let us know, we'd love to make it right.
AlterationsGenerally, garments that are too big, long, or high can be altered. Collars that are too small can be widened.
$5-10 per alteration typically.$7 shipping. Free local Salt Lake City exchanges through our stockist Under the Umbrella Bookstore.
