Choose your fabric and click the “Add to Cart” button. The custom form will ask for your measurements or size, and any modifications you’d like. Fit & Sizing Tips
These compression briefs are made with compression mesh on the entire inside. You choose the outer fabric. Your true size will provide a moderate amount of compression. Size up for less compression. The no trim options don’t have elastic in the waistband or leg openings and feel less restrictive. You can also order these as non-compression.

Lace Fabrics: 95% Nylon or Polyester, 5% Spandex, lightweight
Cotton Fabric: 92% Cotton, 8% Spandex, 200 - light/medium weight
Mesh Fabrics: 92% Nylon 8% Spandex, lightweight
Lace: Wear carefully as lingerie, handwash warm or cold, pat dry, do not wring, and lay flat or hang dry only. Mesh: Hand wash or cool/cold wash in delicates bag, lay flat or hang to dry. Cotton boxies: Machine was warm or cold, dry low heat or hang dry. Machine drying on high may cause waistband to wave. Cotton fabric and all waistbands are now pre-shrunk.
